Lazzat Mukhtar was born in 1988. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Japanese Studies. In 2012. graduated from the magistracy in the specialty "oriental studies". In 2016 she entered the doctoral program of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages ​​in the specialty "foreign philology". In 2019 awarded a PhD degree. As part of the PhD doctoral training program, in 2017, she underwent a foreign scientific internship at Brown University (USA, Providence, May 13, 2017 - July 17, 2017). In the period from May 13 to July 17, 2017, she completed a scientific internship at Brown University (USA).
